FORWARD TO CENSORSHIP 03-03-2007 The leader of Birmingham Labour group Sir Albert Bore is fuming after his response to the latestcity budget was rejected by thecouncilnewspaper Forward for being “too political”. Bore's epic hour and a quarter speech in the council chamber the other has already been the subject of comment on this website (see the article here) and thankfully it's not available as a podcast. However, he has got a few pithy things to say in print, and you can read the article in full here. >>> click Don't worry about it not appearing in Forward though, Albert. Half of us don't ever get it, and the half who do don't read it. How effective is Sir Albert's leadership of Labour in Brum? Add a comment to the news thread on our messageboard. |
