At last -it can be revealed. George W Bush is neither a president nor an oil baron nor a warmonger - he's a satirist.

How else can you explain his veto this week of stem cell research on embryos which had been approved by the House of Representaives and the Senate.

Never mind the possibility that scientists might find a cure for terrible wasting diseases like Parkinsons.

Hell, no.

Seems dear old Dubya holds human life so dear that he doesn't want to kill any of these tiny eggs because all life is sacred.

Er, that would that by any chance be the same George Bush who sanctions capital punishment and whose intervetion in Eye-Rack has cost thousands of innocent lives.

Couldn't be could it?

One only assumes that Americans keep voting for him because he's good for a laugh - John Cleese, minus the silly walk.
