LORD PATEL - AN APOLOGY

On 10th May The Stirrer carried an article by Professor Mick Temple titled “Peer stokes extremism row”. 

This item inadvertently included a picture of Lord Patel - a cross bench peer affiliated to no political party, and who was unconnected to the story. 

The article referred to Lord Kamlesh Patel of Bradford, who is a Labour peer, and should have carried his photograph instead.

We aplogise unreservedly to Lord Patel for any offence caused - none was meant.
