A MILLION VIEWS FOR CIA TORTURE VIDEO 30-04-2008 Amnesty International’s video about the CIA’s “wateboarding” torture technique – as featured on the Stirrer - has been seen by an estimated one million people. Not bad for a film that doesn’t feature Britney Spears or a skateboarding cat. We linked to the vid when it was released eight days ago, and it was also posted on youtube – where it became the 39th “most viewed” of the week. It was also the most discussed video in their News And Politics section. Thanks to coverage in several UK broadsheets and foreign papers including El Pais, Dagblat, and Corriere Della Sera it’s notched up an estimated one million views overall.
