It’s the moment you’ve all been waiting for – news of the winners for two great Stirrer competitions. We had a pair of tickets for Mick Hucknall’s Bobby Bland tribute gig in Wolverhampton and a meal for two at Piccolino in Birmingham.

The Mick Hucknall winner is Message Board regular Dancing Mabel from Redditch.

She correctly said that Mick’s hit making band were/are Simply Red (not his punk outfit The Frantic Elevators!) and she’ll get to see the gig on June 30.

And the meal at Piccolino, the new Italian restaurant at brindleyplace was won by Lavina Alexander of Great Barr.
