TINDAL STREET CATH UP FOR ANOTHER GONG

19-03-2008

Cath O'Flynn

The accolades just don’t stop coming for Birmingham author Catherine O’Flynn. Following her appearance on "Richard and Judy" last Friday, she’s been shortlisted for Newcomer of the Year at the Galaxy British Book Awards – and Stirrer readers can vote her to victory.

Cath’s debut “What Was Lost” – published by the Digbeth-based Tindal Street Pres - has already won the Costa First Novel Award, and was longlisted for the Booker Prize.

Whether she takes the Galaxy award is entirely down to the public.

So what are you waiting for?

Support our local heroine at http://www.bookmarketing.co.uk/surveys/awardsvote2008.htm - you could also win £200 of book tokens.
